The Extended Mag Drum is a magazine in BATTLEGROUNDS made for the Tommy Gun.
Summary[]
An expanded capacity drum carrying 100 rounds of ammo.
The September Update made changes to this attachment, removing it when the Tommy Gun was altered to spawn on the island. The drum mag is now replaced by the Extended Mag for SMGs and Extended QuickDraw Mag for SMGs. While the model and textures for the drum mag still appear as expected when attaching extended and extended quickdraw magazines, it no longer holds 100 rounds.
Trivia[]
- Although the model for this attachment depicts a 50 round drum magazine, the 100 round capacity reflects the real-world "C" magazine for the Thompson. These magazines were seldom used due to their excessive weight, noise and fragility, and are now sought after by collectors.
