I consolidated information about the various circles and play zone sizes/timings into a table for easier consumption. I also added information about how long it takes until the first white circle appears on the map (1 minute 50 seconds after the first available jump from the plane). Fugglet's information about the final circle was somewhat inaccurate, since it takes 30 seconds for the blue circle to reach circle 8 after it begins shrinking, whereas the information from Reddit just had "~". You can see it playing out in https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J1CuBZFGGio&feature=youtu.be&t=1018. As far as I can tell, everything about the timings is now accurate, but the damage and survival timing is misleading for the 2nd and subsequent blue zones, because of the buff.
