PlayStation weapon crates

BATTLEGROUNDS has special weapon skin crates that can be acquired. The weapon skin crates in PUBG ranges from a few crates;

1. The first one is a paid crate that requires G-Coins or in-game BP (no keys are required). This crate allows PUBG Corp to create free DLC packs down the road from new weapons, vehicles, maps and more.
2. The second crate are limited edition crates. These crates like the Twitch Prime crates require no key and are free to get (unless you have a membership to certain services).

FAQ

• Q: Locked crates?

A: Locked crates don't exist on the PlayStation version of PUBG. Keys don't exist. You will now be able to choose which crate you want to buy. Crate prices will not increase with each purchase and each type of crate will have a fixed price.
