The Adrenaline Syringe is a consumable item in BATTLEGROUNDS.

Summary[edit | edit source]

The Adrenaline Syringe is an item that can be found in air drops and as of Update 12, as very rare loot on the map.[1] Compared to the Energy Drink and Painkillers, the Adrenaline Syringe is a much more potent booster, taking 6 seconds to administer and completely filling the boost bar. Filling the boost bar will grant you heath regeneration and faster running speed for a limited time. The boost duration will last approximately 5 minutes with total health regeneration of approximately 86% and an extra 6.2% movement speed increase.[2]

Update history[edit | edit source]

Update #12 - v3.8.21.9
  • Adrenaline syringes now spawn (rarely) alongside normal loot in the game world.
  • Adjusted the casting time of Adrenaline syringe from eight seconds to six seconds.

Trivia[edit | edit source]

  • In the Alpha and Closed Beta, a completely filled boost bar granted a bonus to weapon accuracy. This was later removed when the game was released for Steam Early Access as it was considered unbalanced.
  • This item originally had a 10 second cast time that was then reduced to 8 seconds before finally being reduced to the current 6 second cast time.
